For Current/Savings account holders with ATM/Debit Card or Credit Card customer with ATM Pin

Step to open online internet banking account in Cimbclicks bank with the following steps;

Go to CIMB Clicks at www.cimbclicks.com.my.

Click “Online Registration”.

Select the CIMB Bank/CIMB Islamic ATM/Debit Card or CIMB Bank/CIMB Islamic Credit Card with ATM Pin to start the registration.

Type in your 16-digit ATM/Debit/Credit Card number, followed by your 6-digit ATM Pin. Read the Terms and Conditions, tick the accept box and click “Agree & Continue“.

A one-time activation code will be sent via SMS to the mobile number you have registered with CIMB Bank/CIMB Islamic. Type in the 6-digit activation code and click “Continue”.

On the next page, type in your User ID, Password, Mother’s Maiden Name, email address and SecureWord. For more info, please see the demo.

You have successfully registered. Please proceed to login.

First Time Login with Cimbclicks Bank

    • Click on the “Login” button.
    • At the CIMB Clicks login page, type in your User ID.
    • The next page will display your SecureWord. Please ensure that it is correct. If it is not, please go back and re-enter your user ID. Please note that your user ID and password are case sensitive. If it is still not correct, please check that the website address is correct. If problem persists, call us at +603 6204 7788.
    • Type in your Password and click “Submit”.
    • Check the transaction activation code (TAC) methods and click “Proceed to Homepage”.
    • Select three security questions and fill in the answers. Please ensure the answers for all 3 questions are different and that they are answers you can easily remember.
    • You have completed the initial login process. You can now enjoy the convenience of CIMB Clicks.

Forgot CIMB Click Bank Details

    • Go to CIMB Clicks and click “Forgot ID / Password”.
    • Select the mode you used when you applied for CIMB Clicks.
    • Type in your 16-digit card number. For other products, type in your account number.
    • Type in your ATM PIN.
    • The next box shows a few characters. Type in the characters.
    • Read the Terms and Conditions, tick the accept box and click “Agree & Continue”.
    • Your User ID will be shown on the next page. Proceed to login. If you have forgotten your Password, click “Forgot Password”.
    • Enter your new Password and confirm the Password in the next box.
    • Key in the TAC and click “Continue”. Then, proceed to login.

Fund Transfer with CIMBClicks

Enjoy fund transfers to:

    • Your own CIMB account(s)
    • Third party account within CIMB Bank
    • An account in another bank via Interbank GIRO (IBG)
    • An account in another bank via Instant Transfer (IBFT) – Immediate funds transfer!

Login to CIMB Clicks. Go to Transfers > Within CIMB Bank. Follow these steps:

Select the account you want to transfer from and transfer to

Key in the amount and description (optional)

You can choose to transfer ‘Now’ or ‘Later’. If later, then you are required to specify the recurring duration

Click ‘Submit’

Information looks alright? Click ‘Confirm’

How do I perform Funds Transfer to other accounts (3rd party) within CIMB Bank?

Login to CIMB Clicks. Go to Transfers > Within CIMB Bank. Follow these steps:

Select the account you want to transfer from and transfer to (this could be one of your favourite accounts or you may even do an open transfer)

Key in the amount and description (optional)

You can choose to transfer ‘Now’ or ‘Later’. If later, then you are required to specify the recurring duration

There’s an option for you to alert the recipient by email or SMS

Click ‘Submit’

Information looks alright? Click ‘Confirm’

Where can I go to perform Funds Transfer to other banks?

Login to CIMB Clicks. Go to Transfers > To Other Banks. Follow these steps:

Select the account you want to transfer from and transfer to (this could be one of your favourite accounts or you may even do an open transfer)

Select the ‘Method’ of transfer, either ‘Instant Transfer’ (immediate) or ‘Normal Transfer’ (next business day)

Select ‘Payment Type’

Key in the amount and description (optional)

You can choose to transfer ‘Now’ or ‘Later’. If later, then you are required to specify the recurring duration

There’s an option for you to alert the recipient by email or SMS

Click ‘Submit’

Information looks alright? Click ‘Confirm’
